‘North East Foundation for Regional Sustainability’ is a charitable public trust, established in 2005 and located in Assam, India. It is a Sustainability Initiative From North East India in collaboration of academy, industry, community and government.

• Developing an interdisciplinary, collaborative network of academic, industry, community and government in support of a sustainable approach to region-specific problems.
• To generate collaboration and partnerships for formulating an action plan for sustainable Assam with regional perspective.
• To provide a platform for debate, discussion and consensus building among various stakeholders towards sustainable solution of the region-specific problems
