The administration and management of all activities of NEFRS will run as per the guidance and supervision of a Board of management Trustees. Growth of NEFRS is drawn by taking up the sector-specific projects consistent with the objective of the trust. Collaboration, partnership with select organisations, consultants and individuals will be drawn in the sector-specific projects.
