Dr Bora is the settlor and Founder Chairperson of ‘North East Foundation for Regional Sustainability’. Dr Bora is a civil engineer with specislization in Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
With a Sustainability framework in his value system, Dr Bora always advocates incorporation of sustainability principles in development policy, plan, project or professional practices.
Currently he is a teacher in Civil Engineering of assam Engineering College, Guwahati and his teaching areas icludes Disaster Management, Geo-hazard Management, Environmental Geotechnics, costruction management, soil dynamics and earthquake engineering.

Dr Bhagabati is a Professor in the Department of Geography, Gauhati University. Dr Bhagabati is also the Secretary of Assam science Society. Dr Bhagabati is the Founder Trustee of NEFRS
Mr Goswami is a Civil Engineer with a strong commitment to Civil society Initiative for Development of North East India. Mr Goswam is the Founder Secretary of NEFRS.
